Principles of cooperation - what does the service delivery look like at Handlopolis?

I know that many clients do not like complicated contracts and formalities. That's why below you'll find clear and transparent rules on what it looks like to work with me - from the first contact to the realisation of a website, shop or SEO service.

1. payment only after implementation

You will pay for a website or shop only after they have been made and trained in their use. This gives you the assurance that you are paying for a specific result.

2. initial payment for domain and hosting

The only cost I charge early, it £89 pro:

  • purchase of a domain (e.g. .co.uk or .com)

  • launch of hosting

  • setting up an e-mail box (e.g. [email protected])

This is a real cost, as these services are activated immediately and form the basis for work on the site.

3. clear scope of services

Creating a website or shop:

  • preparing the graphic design

  • writing texts (if required by the client)

  • system configuration and training

Any additional work that was not fixed at the outsetis treated as ancillary service and may incur an additional charge.

4. hosting is not 24/7 support

Hosting includes website maintenance, but does not include free revisions, updates or amendments. If something has changed in your business or you need to introduce new content - I'm happy to help, but we treat this as a side job.

5. post-implementation improvements

Once the site/shop has been handed over and training has been provided, you have 7 days to report any minor amendments. After this time, amendments are billed at an agreed rate.

6 Hourly rate

For clients who require additional services (content updates, technical changes, additional SEO), a rate applies:

  • £60/h for new clients

  • £40/h for existing Handlopolis or Sarra Web customers

7 Cancellation conditions

If the client cancels during completion - the £89 initial fee is non-refundable. However, I do not charge any additional fee for an unfinished page.

8 RODO and personal data

The data provided in the contact form or when placing an order are used exclusively for order processing and contact. I do not share them with third parties.

If you have questions or would like to set individual conditions - feel free to contact me. We discuss everything clearly, in Polish, over the phone or WhatsApp.
